The University of Bristol wanted a creative way to present the University to potential students in the UK and overseas. With one Prezi design the University have a consistent presentation for all staff to use that is engaging and creative. The illustrated city of Bristol was used in their prospectus, so extending the theme to the Prezi was a great way to link communications. It was important to include a geographical reference to Bristol for international students, so the content was held within a UK map. Zooming into the Prezi visits various parts of the city in sections; Key messages, Teaching, Accommodation, Sport, Student Union, Bristol and Applying. The Prezi holds a lot of information inside one Prezi and the presenter can manually choose which areas to visit if required. An A5 printed handout to accompany the Prezi was produced so the audience could have a reminder to take home and take notes.

Zooming into the map reveals an illustrated city resembling parts of Bristol and the University. The prezi design is broken into sections including; faculties, accommodation, sport, Bristol and how to apply. The prezi holds a mass of information inside one presentation and the presenter can manually choose which areas to visit if required.
The accommodation options are navigated via signage outside one of the Universities historic buildings.
